Claim System if you need to submit a warranty claim or check an existing claim,  please use our online E-Warranty Claims system, designed to quickly and effectively assist your in filling a claim*

 

If you would like to set up E-Warranty access,  please send an email to mqwarranty@multiquip.com with the following information:

• Your Multiquip Account # or the name and address of your company
• A contact email address for your new E-Warranty account.

*Please note: Receipt of a Warranty Request Claim form does not indicate approval.  Omissions of any required information or failure to return parts may result in a partial reimbursement or denial of claim.
